This is a remote position.

What you will do

  • Conduct insightful analysis using internal and external data (e.g. user behavior on platform, user’s capability data) to gain insights that will drive product development and enhance platform effectiveness

  • Conceptualize and build centralized tools (including pipelines) that can extract data/insights for daily business management in an automated manner

  • Work effectively with global cross-functional teams, assimilating requirements, driving results in the form of data insights, and being a liaison between engineers and business partners

  • Develop dashboards and visualizations for the business stakeholders and maintain the integrity of the reports

  • Perform deep process dive into user data to understand certain trends/patterns, and carry out correlation analysis to identify causes and relatedness

  • Design, development, and evaluation of highly innovative models

  • Investigate discrepancies across various data flows and reconcile the differences

Must Haves

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science or related STEM field

  • 5+ years of data science or machine learning experience working on complex problems

  • Strong programming skills in languages such as: Python, R, Java, or C/C++

  • Working experience and in-depth knowledge of data science topics such as Convolutional Neural Networks, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Natural Language Understanding (NLU), Image Processing, Sentiment analysis

  • Expertise in deep learning frameworks such as Tensrflow, Keras, Pytorch, Caffe etc.

  • Proven track record of developing and deploying DL/ML applications for production-ready environments

  • Ability to communicate complex data in a simple, actionable way to non technical stakeholders

  • Ability to visualize data in the most effective way possible

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Familiarity with data management tools

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant experience in manufacturing and 3D CAD model processing – huge plus

  • Experience in applying advanced analytics and data mining techniques for industrial problems
