PARC is looking for an intern to help on a DARPA-funded Perceptual Task Guidance project. As an intern you will be responsible for (a) running and recording our augmented reality based task guidance system on a variety of different scenarios, (b) annotating the recordings with the start and end times of steps in the tasks, and (c) using the labeled data to train classifiers to recognize the starts and ends of task steps from the output of the system's visual processing.

• Current undergraduate or graduate student majoring in Computer Science or relevant Engineering discipline
• Understanding of Machine Learning Principles
• Proficiency in Python
• An understanding of Computer Vision is desired

The salary range is: $20-$30/hr. Salary ranges will vary and are based on several factors, including geographic location, market competitiveness and equity amongst internal employees in similar roles. Positions may also qualify for SRI's Pay for Outstanding Performance program or the annual Performance Based Compensation program.
