The Programme
You will join a structured and well-developed 2 year non-rotational program aimed at developing great Data Scientists. We are looking for one Data Scientists for our Cirium, our aviation business based in London (www.cirium.com). Cirium are on a mission to accelerate digital transformation in aviation and we are looking for talent on a mission to accelerate their careers, so it could be a perfect match. The programme is rotational within Cirium and you will experience 2-3 rotations across several projects to ensure you gain exposure across the Data team.
The role
Rotating whilst on the Data Science programme allows you to gain exposure to different tools, stakeholders and diverse insights into customer needs, priorities, and expectations. Each rotation offers a different experience in methodologies and approaches which will enrich your knowledge and skillset. We have a very active Data Science community across the group which works collectively to share best practice and keep each other up to date on latest thinking. You will have the opportunity to become a valued contributor, learn to solve some of the most complex data problems, and embed yourself within an industry leading team.

- A curious problem-solver with the ability to think analytically and logically
- Strong communicator who can flex their communication style for different audiences
- Studying STEM (All Sciences, Technology, Economics or Maths)
- Foundational technical skills (e.g. Python, R, SQL, Linux)
- Interest or exposure to cloud providers (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) and data tools are desirable
- Understanding of agile development concepts
