Major tasks and responsibilities of position

• Design, build, and implement analytics projects in the areas of Finance & Accounting, HR, or Supply Chain Management among others
• Identify or translate business opportunities into analytics solutions using data science and data visualization
• Develop advanced solutions (i.e. predictive/prescriptive analytics) to create additional business value from standard data analytics practices when required
• Effectively articulate the analytics solution, including the approach and its value to all stakeholders

Qualifications (Education, skills, experiences & personal characteristics necessary for
success in this position)
• Experience in BI/Data Visualization (PBI, Tableau,etc)
• Experience in SQL/database administration (SQL Server, MySQL)
The position will lead and contribute in Lean/Innovation/Digital initiatives and other adhoc activities

• Experience in Predictive Analytics and Machine Learning (Python, R, etc)
• Experience in Data Mining and Modeling
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Can translate business problems into practical solutions
• Can handle two or more projects at the same time and work with different stakeholders
• Experience in building analytics solutions in Finance & Accounting (O2C, P2P, R2R), Supply Chain, and/or HR an advantage

• Graduate of Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
